Priorities and Positioning

Benedict’s natural desire to bless others has driven him to focus much on training and supervision after his successful career in sales and Sales Management in Prudential from 1981 to 1987. He became head of training in Prudential and British America (John Hancock Life) from 1987 to 1993 and was appointed as chairman of the Pre-Management Orientation Programme Development Committee for the industry by the Singapore Institute of Insurance (SII).

Besides training, Benedict extended his career as Head of Agency in several companies from 1993 to 2007. He joined the FA industry in 2008.

Benedict’s more than 30 years in the industry have enabled him to have a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the business (include legal and compliance aspects) which he puts to good use in training and developing and resolving compliance issues for advisers in his group.

Value Add

Benedict is a Chartered Financial Practitioner (FChFP) and a Business Strategist, focused on financial and business insurance planning. He trains and expects his Advisers to adopt the professional processes and standards of financial planning. He emphasises on continual professional development and the proper conduct of business and shares his long years of experience as a coach and mentor with his advisers.
